Menopause is a growing conversation, but whilst information and support are more readily available than ever before, it is yet to be embraced and celebrated within western culture.
This workshop will shift your perspective on what the menopause is, as well as providing you with therapeutic tools and techniques - yoga postures, breathing practices, meditative and relaxation techniques - to take home and use whenever you need.
Our objective is that you to leave the workshop feeling resourced and ready to embrace the menopause as the powerful, purposeful and liberating life transition that it is.
You may be in perimenopause or post menopause, or perhaps you’re unsure where you are, but your cycle is changing and you want to understand more and prepare yourself for the process. All are welcome.
