Welcome

My intention with A Life Less Orderly is to create an inclusive online space that appreciates health & wellbeing as a holistic, progressive, non linear path unique for each individual, and to offer the tools & wisdom to support this journey in a simple accessible way.

Having worked in global roles in both advertising & sustainability consulting, I’ve experienced first-hand how stress, anxiety & overwhelm can lead to burnout & fatigue. Now as a yoga therapist, and with increasing scientific evidence to support the body-brain connection, I am advocating for a more integrated approach to wellbeing.

Here you will find one-to-one yoga therapy sessions as well as group classes that are more therapeutic in nature. There will also be workshops to delve a little deeper and yoga philosophy to add some cognitive fuel to your wellness journey.

My own journey remains a work in progress and I’m grateful to have had yoga as a constant companion for over 30 years. Provided I show up, my practice continues to give me context specific tools to navigate life’s challenges, enabling me to come out the other side a little bit wiser.

As well as being a long time yoga practitioner, I am a British Wheel of Yoga registered teacher since 2006, with over 1000 hours of training including specialist qualifications in pre-natal, post-natal and menopause yoga. I am also a qualified a Yoga Therapist with specific experience in burnout, chronic fatigue syndrome, long covid, digestive health and peri & post menopausal health. I am registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council and a member of the Yoga Therapy Association
